Mike Essay Research Paper Dear Michael

Mike Essay, Research Paper Dear Michael, Greetings from cyber-space! How are things going? I received your letter yesterday and thought I d give you some information about myself. My name (as you already know) is Chris Durso. I recently graduated from St. Louis University High School (SLUH), a Jesuit all-boys school in St. Louis. I live in Florissant, MO, a suburb of St. Louis with a population near 60,000. I consider myself a scholar as I graduated with first honors, but I also enjoy sports. My favorite sport is hockey. Our family has season tickets for the Blues (must have been a bummer when the Stars moved to Dallas, bet you can t wait til 2000 when Minneapolis gets a new expansion team), and I also love to play. I played goal for a club team last year and had a great time. I also play tennis. I played for my high school all four years. Last season was a great season for the team but rather disappointing for me. The team got 2nd place at the state tournament. I was in Russia for nearly the first month of the tennis season, and when I returned I got a shoulder injury. I also have a passion for baseball. I am in a fantasy baseball league, and I love to watch the games on television. I took four years of Russian in high school and this past March was able to go on an exchange program to visit Russia. I went to both Moscow and St. Petersburg. I had a great time and learned a lot. My major is International Business and I hope to continue on to graduate school to study International Law. I don t want to make this extremely long but I should tell you a little about my family. My dad s name is Denny. He is a police officer. My mom s name is Gwen and she works at a mortgage company. My little sister, Michelle, is 14 years old and will be a freshman in high school this fall. She is going to be a cheerleader (Oh Joy!?). Let s keep some correspondence in the next month so that we don t feel like strangers next month. You can call me at (314) 838-4068. My e-mail address is [email protected]. Otherwise, I ll see you in about a month.
